Overview
Blue Cross Blue Shield recently partnered with Solera with providing a quiz for members to fill out to determine if they are eligible for a discount towards their monthly premium.
Design process
After meeting with the SEM's (subject expert matters) concerning the Solera project and speaking with the Solera team it was determined that we will be able to create the quiz within the MHTK (My Health Toolkit) mobile app with results being sent to the Solera vendor. I then designed the wireframe and brought it to the team to explain the workflow of the design and process. I created mock up pages for the quiz to use within conjunction with our mobile app for our development team.
