Overview
Blue Cross Blue Shield recently have started working on adding the ability for members to order replacement ID cards directly from the MHTK mobile app. Prior to starting the project I have created the wireframes for the design.
Design process
After meeting with the SEM's (subject expert matters) concerning the ID cards I have put together the wireframes and user flow guides on how a member will be able to replace and order their replacement cards via the mobile app.
