Overview
Blue Cross Blue Shield recently adjusted the ability for members to update their contact preferences directly online and using their mobile devices (MyHealth Toolkit). Since this is a feature currently not available prototypes was needed to show the process and how it will look.
Design process
After creating low fidelity prototypes using Axure of the various type of alerts to enable on the website and mobile app. I met with the strategic team and discussed options for the build out of the process. Once we selected the type of alerts we used I created a prototype in InVision and Photoshop using the current set up of the mobile app and full website.
